The Pana Police Department reports that a 17-year-old male juvenile was arrested for theft last week. While at work on Wednesday, a Walmart employee noticed the 17-year-old juvenile male taking a trash can from the front lot. The male then left in his vehicle with the trash can. He was located shortly after, charged with theft, and released.
