U.S. Representatives Rodney Davis of Taylorville and Suzanne Bonamici of Oregon have introduced a bipartisan resolution supporting the whole child approach to education. The resolution includes provisions that acknowledge the benefits for students when they are healthy, physically and emotionally safe, challenged, and supported by qualified, caring adults. The Whole Child Resolution also encourages the federal government to coordinate services among agencies that support the education, health, and safety of our youth.
