On Wednesday afternoon Dipik Patel of Route Mart said a male juvenile approximately 11 or 12 years old came into the store and took a cigarette lighter.

Patel said he left the store without paying the 13 year old juvenile was located on the 500 block of west 3rd street by officers and was sent back to Route Mart.

Patel identified him as being the male who took the lighter. The juvenile male was arrested, processed and released to his grandmother.
