A new law could make it illegal for teenagers under the age of 18 to tan in the state of Illinois, even with parental consent.

This new law is causing uproar not only from teenagers, but also from small business owners. Justin Frye, General Manager of The Matrix Gym in Taylorville says he thinks it will hurt business.
