The Christian County Sheriff's Office reported the following to Regional Radio News;

12/11/25 at 7:30 a.m.

Lucas Domonousky, 27, of Taylorville was traveling North on IL RT 29 at 1775 North when the driver lost control on the slick ice and snow covered road surface. The vehicle went into the ditch to the East and spun out of control.

Randall Wagahoff, 65, of Taylorville (Unit 1)

Jay Fassero, 46, of Kincaid (Unit 2)

Unit 1 was exiting a driveway and turning northeast on IL RT 48 and Unit 2 was traveling northeast on IL RT 48 and turning into the driveway at 1039 E 1150 R RD. the driver of Unit 1 said he had a distraction from inside the vehicle and had thought Unit 2 had went on past. The driver of Unit 1 started to pull into the roadway and hit Unit 2. The front of Unit 1 hit Unit 2 in the driver front door.
