The Christian County Sheriff’s office reported the following to Regional Radio News;

37 year old Justin R. Sherman of Taylorville was arrested on Monday for 2 counts of aggravated domestic battery.

The Taylorville Police Department reported the following to Regional Radio News;

The Taylorville Police Department responded to a vehicle accident on Sunday evening. On Sunday evening at 11:13 Joe E. Boils of Taylorville was on Spresser Street and was trying to turn North onto Webster. Boils stated that he had the green light but not the green arrow. Alexis L. Miller of Kincaid was headed westbound on Park Street and had the green light. Due to Boils failing to yield turning left, Miller struck Boils in the intersection. Boils had damage to the front passenger side and was towed, Miller had front end damage and was towed as well. Boils was issued a citation for disobeying a traffic control device.

The Taylorville Fire Department responded to 3 EMS calls and one motor vehicle accident between 9 Monday morning and 9 on Tuesday morning.
