Area Arrests/Accidents 12/11/17

On Monday, the Taylorville Police Department reported the following arrests to Regional Radio News:

 

A 17-year-old of Taylorville was arrested Friday for Reckless Driving.

 

37-year-old Brian C. Greer of Taylorville was arrested Friday on a Christian County Bond Forfeiture warrant and for Driving While License Suspended or Revoked. Bond is set at $10,000.

 

31-year-old Gregory A. Jones, Sr. of Morrisonville was arrested Saturday on a valid Christian County warrant.

 

30-year-old Michael D. Motley of Taylorville was arrested Sunday for Domestic Battery.

 

On Monday, the Christian County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests to Regional Radio News:


44-year-old Sherry L. Milby of Springfield was arrested Friday on a Bond Forfeiture warrant. Bond is set at $3,000.


19-year-old Grant A. Allen of Pana was arrested Friday on a Bond Forfeiture warrant. Bond is set at $6,000.


39-year-old Jarrod T. Brasche of Taylorville was arrested Friday for Driving While License Suspended or Revoked.


27-year-old Megan E. Getz of Nokomis was arrested Friday on a Bond Forfeiture warrant. Bond is set at $7,000.


28-year-old Amanda M. Owens of Witt was arrested Saturday on a Bond Forfeiture warrant. Bond is set at $2,000.


On Monday, the Christian County Sheriff’s Office reported the following accidents to Regional Radio News:


43-year-old Shane P. Lawrence of Shelbyville was driving southbound on the bike path paralelling Illinois Route 29 on November 16. He struck a wooden post on the bike path and came to rest on 600 N. Road. Lawrence refused medical treatment. His vehicle had to be towed from the scene. Lawrence was under the influence of alcohol at the time of the crash and was cited.


37-year-old Teresa L. Lovekamp of Pawnee was driving eastbound on 1400 North Rd. Friday when a deer ran out into the roadway. She could not avoid the deer and struck the deer. Lovekamp was not hurt.


46-year-old Michael D. Wareham of Taylorville was driving eastbound on Route 104 Sunday. Just past 000 E. Rd., a deer ran into the roadway. He could not avoid the deer and struck it. Wareham was not hurt.
