On Wednesday, the Taylorville Police Department reported the following arrests to Regional Radio News:

39-year-old Toby Myers of Springfield was arrested Monday for criminal trespassing to a vehicle.

28-year-old Adam D. Pritchett of Taylorville was arrested Tuesday for Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol. He was released on $100 bond.

20-year-old Layla K. Schuyler and 24-year-old Brady M. Knight, both of Taylorville, were arrested on bond forfeiture warrants Tuesday.

On Wednesday, the Christian County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests to Regional Radio News:

20-year-old Samantha L. McCaughn of Taylorville was arrested for Obstructing Justice. No bond has been set.

On Wednesday, the Christian County Sheriff’s Office reported the following accidents to Regional Radio News:

63-year-old Linda G. Whitlow of Taylorville was driving northbound on Route 48 just past 965 East Road on April 25th when three deer ran into the road. Deer one struck her windshield, while deer two struck the driver’s side front and rear door. She was able to drive away from the scene.

25-year-old Brittany L. Tapp of Centralia was driving southbound on U.S. Highway 51 near 50 north when a deer ran into the road. She struck the deer with the front driver’s side of the vehicle. She was able to drive away from the scene.
