The Taylorville  Park Board is scheduled to meet Monday, August 24th, at 7 PM, at the Manners Park Dining Hall.

Following the call to order, the board will consider the approval of the minutes from its July 27th and August 6th meetings. Trustees will also hear the treasurer’s report, along with any correspondence, guest presentations, and public comments.

Under new business, the board is scheduled to discuss iParks Cyber Liability Insurance.

Several items will also return under old business, including an update on the pool. Trustees will continue discussions regarding electric rates with Dale Snyder, as well as an item involving Andrew Weatherford and the Illinois Open Meetings Act (OMA).

The board will then hear reports from the Maintenance Superintendent, Ben Dempsey, Recreation Director Evan Mitchell, and Office Administrator Linda Moomey.

Committee business will include approval for the payment of bills and approval of various reports.
