Peoples Bank & Trust is celebrating the professional growth of two of its employees following their recent graduation from the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin in Madison.
Andrew Olson, Vice President of Business Banking, and Trevor Taylor, Vice President of Credit Administration, recently completed the graduate banking program.
The bank says the accomplishment reflects their dedication to professional development, continuous learning and strengthening their knowledge of the banking industry.
Peoples Bank & Trust says it invests heavily each year in employee development through webinars, online courses, seminars, forums, conferences, software user group meetings and other industry-specific training.
In addition to those opportunities, the bank says 21 of its 39 officers are graduates of, or are currently attending, a national-level graduate school of banking.
The bank says the knowledge and experience gained through these advanced educational programs is applied by employees in their day-to-day roles, helping Peoples Bank & Trust continue providing service and expertise to the customers and communities it serves.
The bank congratulates Olson and Taylor on their accomplishment and says it is proud of their commitment to growth, learning and putting people first.
