The feeling of having meaningful daily activities, such as work, school, volunteering, family responsibilities, or creative activities, along with the resources and independence needed to participate in the community. Keeping busy helps keep the mind occupied with more constructive thoughts.

Finally, the fourth is community. By having relationships and social networks that provide support, friendship, love, and hope, the recovery journey is easier to navigate.
