More than 800 full-time students at Lake Land College have been recognized for their academic achievements during the Spring 2026 semester, including dozens of students from communities across the local area.
To earn President's List honors, students must complete at least 12 credit hours while maintaining a grade point average between 3.8 and 4.0. Dean's List recognition is awarded to students with GPAs between 3.65 and 3.79, while Honor's List students earn GPAs between 3.5 and 3.64.
Among the local students recognized, Taylorville was represented by Jay Bliler on the President's List and Cienna Miller on the Dean's List.
From Tower Hill, Nathanael Ritchie earned President's List honors.
Stewardson students recognized on the President's List include Nicole Hammack, Garrett Hoene, Clayton Rahn and Hoang Hung Nguyen. McKenzi Vonderheide was named to the Honor's List.
Strasburg President's List honorees include Paige Stremming, Erin Althoff and Hunter Braden, while Hayden Bowers earned Dean's List recognition.
In Shelbyville, President's List honors went to Courtney Young, Cree McConnell, Alexis Johns, Alivia Young, Drake McDonald, Adelyn Long, Sara Tynan, Kylie Smith, Meredith Chambers, Logan Cook, Elizabeth Kirkbride, Karli Boehm and Jaden Miller. Seth Howell, Anna Perry and Alexis Jokisch were named to the Dean's List.
From Pana, President's List students include Brandi Tucker, Terra Herbord, Bailey Evrley, Hayley Hocq, Ayda Coleman, Alexis Hubner, Hayvn Evans and Jessica Evrley. Dean's List honors went to Gage Beck, Ashley McGuire, Issabell Reed, Madison Walter, Megan Scoles, Clyde Witt, Destanie Hamner and Grace Gordon, while Aaliyah Henschen earned Honor's List recognition.
Other area students recognized include Chase Tilley of Mount Auburn, Grady Sparks of Findlay, Tyler Gordon and Sebastian Carron of Cowden, Addison Wasson, Elizabeth Parks and Kaidyn Calame of Herrick, Kyle Klitzing, Beau Doedtman, Lucas Edwards, Lily Doty, Daniela Haslett, Kyleigh Wallace, Macey Sapp, Jaide Wilhour and Victoria McGowan of Beecher City.
