A random set of members of Shelby Electric Cooperative will have the opportunity to complete a survey on their experiences with the energy provider.  The cooperative hopes to use the feedback they collect to improve their services.  Kevin Bernson, vice president of media and public relations, says access to the survey will be sent via email or physical postcard.

Bernson says feedback from past surveys has given way to such developments as the cooperative’s new fiber offering and the introduction of Sensus meters.
