Kincaid-South Fork School District is in evaluation mode as it approaches the halfway mark for the school year.
That’s Superintendent Chris Clark. He says the district is offering in-person instruction as much as possible.
Clark says that there is an e-learning plan available in case of emergencies.
The kids have responded the best to in-person instruction.
