Two Taylorville residents were arrested on Tuesday morning for the sale of methamphetamine. 28-year-old Jeremy T. Emery of Taylorville and 35-year-old Jenna Sparling of Taylorville were both arrested and charged after a search warrant was granted from the States Attorney’s Office. Taylorville Police along with Kincaid Police and Assumption Police executed the search warrant in the early hours of Tuesday morning.

Emery faces charges of delivery of methamphetamine and possession of methamphetamine with intent to deliver. Sparling faces charges for possession of a controlled substance. Taylorville Police thanked the citizens of Taylorville who assisted in the investigation.
