For Windsor Mayor Tom Tull, there is nowhere else he’d like to be. The lifelong native has been Mayor for 4 years. Mayor Tull says it’s been a great experience and he’s proud of the accomplishments that the Village has been able to achieve in his time as Mayor including some timely grants.

Tull says that he is happy that they have been able to navigate through the COVID-19 pandemic fairly well. 

Tull is hoping that things will start to brighten up in 2021 and have changed the way they do things to make things a little easier with COVID. Tull is proud of how hard the City Council has worked.

One other great thing that Mayor Tull is happy about is the improvement of the water in Windsor.
