Moultrie County Fills Up Appointments For First Vaccine Shipments

With vaccines being pushed out in multiple counties around Illinois, Moultrie County announced that their appointments for the first round of COVID-19 vaccines are full. The health department has begun scheduling Phase 1B vaccine appointments for Moultrie County residents aged 65 and older including essential workers. The announcement came in around 4 PM that they had already filled up all their appointment slots. 

 

If you are going to an appointment in Moultrie County for the vaccine make sure you bring proof of residency and age or Phase 1B employment status in Moultrie County. Please wear a mask while you’re there and comply with social distancing. You can continue to do your part to help slow the spread of the virus by wearing a mask, respecting physical distancing, wash hands frequently, avoiding large crowds, staying home if ill, and getting tested if experiencing COVID-19 like symptoms.
