The Taylorville City Council will meet via teleconference on Monday evening at 7 PM for their regular city council meeting. The meeting is closed to the public, but city officials, officers, and employees, and members of the press are permitted. Among heavy topics will be a discussion of potential COVID mitigations for the city of Taylorville, a $10,000 contribution to the Veteran’s Memorial at Lake Taylorville from the Hotel/Motel fund, and discussion of a motion regarding the downtown Taylorville Promotional Advertising from the Finance Committee meeting.
