Open-book management and transparency by a Central Illinois agriculture business that has a location in Taylorville, is being recognized nationally.

Jenner Ag is celebrating its 6th consecutive nomination for the prestigious "Great Game of Business" All-Star Award.  Chief Financial Officer Clinton Hohenstein (hoe-en-stine) says the open-book management concept started with a book.

Hohenstein says employees are more accountable as a result.

Jenner Ag has been able to better deal with the challenges in the agriculture industry with this open-book management style.

Jenner Ag has received the "Great Game of Business" All-Star Award twice, and has been nominated 7 times.  This year's winners will be announced in Dallas September 9th thru the Eleventh.
