Illinois State Representative Brad Halbrook thinks that the Governor’s actions to address COVID-19, in the long run, could actually be worse than the pandemic itself.
The situation downstate, according to Rep. Halbrook, is dramatically different than it is in and around Chicago.
Halbrook says that Hospitals in Central Illinois are just not experiencing the coronavirus wave.
