The Illinois State Police are asking for your help. The Shelby County Sheriff’s Office along with the ISP Division of Criminal Investigations is looking into the whereabouts of 29-year-old Kimberly A. Mattingly. Mattingly is from Paris, Illinois and is 5’3” and 160 pounds. She has blue eyes and possibly brown hair.
