The cleanup continues at Neal Hall on the Lake Land College campus south of Mattoon, after part of its roof caught fire while being replaced, at 2:50 Tuesday afternoon.

College President Doctor Josh Bullock is thankful for the quick work by first responders.

Dr. Bullock added most of the water damage did not occur in classrooms.

He added he was thankful that the campus was closed due to the coronavirus outbreak.

And, Bullock can't wait for the "Stay at Home" order to end to get students back on campus.

The Neal Hall roofing project will continue after fire repairs are made.
