The Shelby County Health Department reported their first confirmed case of COVID-19 on Monday evening. A 67-year-old female is currently self-isolating at her secondary residence in Sangamon County. The Shelby County Health Department is working on identifying all contacts with the individual, but feel that the risk is low.

If you are feeling ill, have a fever, cough, or shortness of breath please contact your primary care physician before visiting. Monitor your symptoms and seek medical care if it gets worse. Clean all high touch surfaces and stay home except to receive medical care.
