Patty Hornbuckle is the CEO of the Greater Taylorville Chamber of Commerce and she joined the NEWSTALK WTIM Morning Show to discuss the different programs that are available to small business owners to help them through the COVID-19 pandemic.

Hornbuckle started out by discussing the Paycheck Protection Program.

Hornbuckle went on to discuss the Economic Injury Disaster Loan.
