Tucker Kennedy is the Communications Director at Ameren Illinois and he talked with Regional Radio News about the recent decisions made by the Ameren Illinois leadership team to not only suspend disconnections, but also to donate $250,000 from the AmerenCares charitable trust to the Illinois COVID-19 Response Fund.
 

Kennedy went on to explain how Ameren is considered to be an essential service and that you will continue to see Ameren crews out working.

Finally, Kennedy talked about what precautions they’re taking to keep the employees of Ameren safe from COVID-19.
