Pana Medical Group To Start Doing Video Visits

Pana Medical Group along with the Community Medical Clinic are helping to see patients virtually through an app called video visits. As patients are being asked to stay home, doing video conferences can help people still be able to talk to doctors and get the care that they need. Pana Community Hospital’s clinics include satellite offices in Assumption, Nokomis, and Ramsey.

Originally, the service was supposed to start in June, but due to COVID-19, these services have been expedited and started now. If you want to schedule a video visit, set up an account through the clinic’s patient portal before the video visit can take place. Video visits will not work if you have to have your vitals or any testing done to determine an illness and the nurse practitioner will determine whether or not a video visit will work.

For more information on video services or any questions you have contact the Pana Medical Group, visit www.panahospital.com or call 562-2131.

Dr. Terry Cunnington of Community Medical Clinic in Pana speaks to his patients, Maggie and Lucy Ishmael and their mother Jacci during a Video Visit now being offered at CMC and Pana Medical Group clinics.
