Chris-Mont EMA Warns Against Homemade Masks, Cyber Attacks, And No New COVID-19 Cases

Chris-Mont Emergency Management Agency held their daily press conference Tuesday and Christian County Information Officer Mike Havera addressed the media concerning how people can help. Mr. Havera said that while homemade masks are great for helping you to stop touching your face, they won’t protect you from contamination.

 

There is also a threat of cyber hacking through websites related to COVID-19. The Chris-Mont EMA is urging caution when opening website links.

 

Denise Larson talked a little about the testing protocol and how it is for those who are most critical.

 

The Chris-Mont EMA gave an update every day on the coronavirus outbreak in Christian and Montgomery Counties. Today’s totals for Christian County are 5 Pending Tests, 1 Positive and 14 Negative tests and for Montgomery County;18 Pending Tests, 0 Positive, and 17 Negative tests.
