All City of Shelbyville Offices will be closed to the public beginning March 23, 2020 through at least April 6, 2020.  If you have an emergency please contact the department directly, if no one answers and you have an emergency, please contact the police department at 217/774-2141.

Water bills can be paid by using the drop box in the police department lobby, by mail, at Shelby County State Bank, Busey Bank, or Community Banks of Shelby County.  You may also pay by credit card by calling the water department office at 217/774-5131.   Additional fees do apply when paying by credit card.
