Mayor Bruce Barry has announced that all City of Taylorville Buildings are in fact closed to the public. All city of Taylorville departments will continue to operate and will be available by phone. Access to the Police Department and the Fire Department will be restricted to the lobbies. If assistance is needed please call the non-emergency numbers. Taylorville Police Department can be reached at 824-2211 and the Taylorville Fire Department can be reached at 824-2919. 

Water bills and lake lot payments can be made using the drop boxes located inside the municipal building or the alley to the south of the building. If further assistance is needed with the administrative offices please contact the City Clerks office at 824-2101 or the water collection department at 824-2919.
