A local bank has a new director. Christopher Swing has been appointed as a new director of Peoples Bank and Trust. Swing is President and COO of Vantage Outsourcing headquartered in Effingham. The company is a surgery service company providing products and equipment to hospitals and surgery centers. Chris is a graduate of Charleston High School and holds a BS in Accounting and an MBA in Accounting from Eastern Illinois University.  

Chris serves in board positions with Clear Water Service Corporation, Eastern Illinois University Alumni Association, Effingham County Chamber of Commerce, Lake Land College Alumni Association, YPO Illinois, and Vantage Technology. 

Chris and his wife Kelsey live in Lerna, Illinois with their daughter Lixia. Congrats to Chris from all of us at Regional Radio.
