Matt Janus, an exercise physiologist at OSF Healthcare in Pontiac, Illinois says that while being stuck inside can have its drawbacks it doesn’t mean you can’t stay active.
One thing that can help with keeping yourself active, is by keeping it simple. A little thing like dancing with your spouse or kids can really be a huge benefit towards keeping yourself active.
