Taylorville Police announced today that they have arrested a Taylorville man on sexual assault charges. Taylorville Police Chief Dwayne Wheeler announced in a press release, that at 5 PM on Wednesday, Taylorville police arrested 21-year-old Kaleb A. Vaughn of Taylorville for two counts of predatory criminal sexual assault on a victim under the age of thirteen. Vaughn’s bond was set at $500,000. Each case is a class X felony that carries a sentence from 6-60 years in prison for each count.
