After much anticipation, the playground is finally open at Manners Park.  Despite it being a rainy spring, the Park District was able to finally get some good weather and finish up working on a playground that to some may have seemed like it would never open.  Maintenance Superintendent Gary Brown says he is excited that this project is finally complete.

One thing is for sure, the kids have never been more excited as it has been busy nonstop since it opened despite there being some rain early Monday morning.
