As March is winding to a close so is the campaign trails for the potential City Council representatives for the City of Sullivan.

Edna Bailey is also running to be head of Streets and Public Works, she says there is no ignoring it, the streets in Sullivan have seen better days as have many of the buildings.

Bailey says the Streets department is more than  due for a building upgrade as compared to the others it would be considered the runt of the litter.
