For the past 18 months Taylorville residents have seen work being done out at the water treatment facility in town.

Taylorville Mayor Bruce Barry says he gathered the other Mayors from Christian County to take a tour of the facility.

Barry says while they made be a couple weeks behind schedule it is better to make sure everything is done right instead of trying to rush the process.
