State Senator of the 48th District, Andy Manar, was pleased after hearing Governor J.B. Pritzker’s Budget address on Wednesday. He thought Pritzker outlined a broad message of budget reform necessary for Illinois.
While the state currently has it’s fair share of problems, Manar believes Pritzker laid the foundation for future solutions.
