The Christian County YMCA is getting ready to kick off their annual March Mania where members sign up to compete in a month long fitness challenge. Membership and Marketing Director, Mary Kate Curtin, explains how the mania works.
Curtin says that its a great way to to find motivation to exercise, and you can do it with friends.
The deadline to sign up for March Mania is March 1st. The cost is $10 per individual, and you can sign up by heading over to the YMCA.
