Country Financial and the Illlinois Farm Bureau are teaming up to host a series of winter crop meetings for local farmers, and they are heading to Christian County this February. Doug Yoder, crop agency manager for Country Financial, on how local farmers can benefit from the meeting.

Also to be discussed are the changes in the new Farm Bill.

Yoder believes that it is vital for local farmers to attend the meeting given how much they can learn.

The meeting will be in the U of I Extension Office in Taylorville on February 20th at 6 in the evening. It is free, and open to the public.
