When someone makes the decision to make the move to an assisted living facility they will not have room to bring everything with them.

That is where Brad Graven comes in to help with the estate sale, he says getting involved with estate sales was never in his plan but he is glad he is now.

Graven says there are steps to this process and first things first he knows he needs to sit down with the family and get everyone on the same page.

According to Graven it takes about a week to get an estate sale set up and if the house is up for sale there have been instances where the house sells during the estate sale.
