Shelbyville schools has a new program called Baby Steps that has the administration plenty excited.

Denise Bense is the Superintendent of Shelbyville schools, she says they felt like they needed to offer a program that would help parents with young children.

Bense says once they got the grant they were ready to get the program going to try and make a difference in the community.
