Davis Expects New Farm Bill to be Singed as Early as Next Week

For nearly two months farmers have been in limbo wondering whether or not a new Farm Bill would be passed.

While Washington has been trying to get a Farm Bill passed that works for both side of the aisle they extended the current Farm Bill. Rodney Davis represents the 13th Congressional District of Illinois, he is pleased to say that he expects the end to be near in the Farm Bill discussions.

Davis says the most recent Farm Bill was a slam dunk but he does remember how difficult it was to get passed as well, saying he remembers it being even tougher than this time around.

Davis appeared as a guest on the Newstalk WTIM Morning Show.
