With the holiday season approaching, the Red Cross wants to remind the public the importance of donating blood. Deb Magee with the Red Cross brings up the fact that due to hurricanes, there were a lot of people unable to donate blood, and more in need of donations.

At some point in there lives, almost everyone will be in need of a blood donation. Especially with the holiday season approaching, and all the travel that is included.

The American Red Cross continues to ask for donations, especially during the holidays.
