There is plenty of excitement in Shelby County as the Salvation Army is making its way into Shelbyville to help those in need. 

Pastor Don Jeffries of the Assembly of God Church in Shelbyville shares some history of the Salvation Army and how they are in Shelbyville.

Jeffries says there are a number of other great organizations in the community to help as well, but the need is always there and the Salvation Army will make a big difference.
