Andy Manar has won reelection and will once again represent the 48th District of Illinois in the State Senate.

Manar wants to thank everyone who exercised their right to vote, he says Tuesday was not really about him, he just tried to lay low and stay out of everyone’s way that night.

Manar says the right choice was made in electing J.B. Pritzker as the next Governor, Pritzker is already getting the ball in motion by putting together a transition team to make sure he is ready to hit the ground running when he is sworn in as Governor.
