Rock Steady Boxing is a boxing program in the Taylorville community that serves to help those affected by Parkinson’s. Lisa Tarr was able to bring Rock Steady Boxing to Taylorville, and it all started with her father.
Currently, Rock Steady Boxing has 17 participants, and they come from all over central Illinois.
Tarr is the Central Illinois Smiles Family Dentistry “Big Smile for the Community” because of her work with Rock Steady Boxing.
