Chris Weittenhiller is the Director of the Christian County YMCA, and is happy to announce that once again Silver Sneakers is coming back to the Y. He explains what the class is about.
Like with any new class it can put your mind at ease if you know the teacher that you will be dealing with. This is why the YMCA is having a meet and greet with the new instructor for the Silver Sneakers classes.
