Tonight, Taylorville High School football is kicking off their preseason with the Purple and Gold scrimmage. The new turf will also be on display for the first time, and a ribbon cutting ceremony is set to be included. Athletic Director Paul Held with more.
After the ribbon cutting ceremony, both JV and Varsity teams will have their own scrimmage to conclude the night. The Tornado’s season kicks off August 24th when they travel to Mount Vernon.
