Taylorville Square is the place to be on Saturdays as the Farmers Market comes into town every week.

Ed Downs is with the Farmers Market, he says residents need to get out to the Farmers Market as soon as the can with the produce getting late in season.

Once September rolls around those locally grown products will start to decline, including everyone’s favorite Calhoun County Peaches.

The Christian County Farmers Market is every Saturday from 9 in the morning to 12:30 in the afternoon on the Taylorville Square.
