It is February, which means many Americans are seeing more money stay in their pockets after the tax cut bill passed in December.

Central Illinois congressman Rodney Davis says Americans are entitled to that money.

Davis says the economy is growing and changing, and Washington needs to take action on workforce training to make sure people can take advantage of the growing economy.
