The new principal at Taylorville Junior High School has been named. The Taylorville School Board approved the hiring of Jessica Miller as TJHS principal at Monday night’s school board meeting.
Miller comes to the district from the Pana School District, where she has spent her entire education career.
Miller is also a Pana native, and she says it will be hard to leave her hometown. But she says she is excited at what is already happening at TJHS.
Miller will assume the position on July 1.
